It’s been two and half years but still when any of my friends asks me to give ‘em a company to Pondicherry its always a yes frm me. Still don’t no what is so special about the place….. I sometimes wonder what made me succumb to Pondicherry??? Is it the fascinating wine shops every other step, the hot chicks enjoying d sun bath by the beach, the art, culture, the zephyr with friends on the rocksss!!!, the jetty, the French colony and a lot more to count on…
I still remember me in class 1 or 2 when I first heard the name Pondicherry a pic of a hilly place wid cherry plantation appeared in front of me. Ever since then I wished I cud get here. And now visiting Pondicherry in regular interval gives me an eternal bliss. My first visit to this heaven was with my family in 2008. A couple of months later I got myself enrolled to Annamalai University (54km from Pondicherry). It was the first week of my engineering life when a gang of we friends rushed to experience the beauty and then it became a part of my monthly routine.
Pondicherry till date has given me memories I would love to live again, along with some stormy nightmares. But still I wait for stepping into the ocean where reside a hell lot of memories I love to visualize redundantly .Pondicherry has got the magic which makes me lean towards her……
Just a year n a half left and then someday, somewhere I would be enduring this memory land… But still with the Indiana Jones getup ready for the upcoming adventures at Pondicherry….!!!!
